Retreat Experience  - A day with us:


9:00 AM – Morning Yoga

Start your day with a grounding yoga session led by our renowned instructor. This gentle practice awakens the body, calms the mind, and prepares you for a day of balance and focus.


10:00 AM – Breakfast

Enjoy a nutritious, full‑board breakfast served onsite. Fresh, energising options to fuel your morning.


11:00 AM – Wellbeing Workshop

Daily workshops led by experienced facilitators. Examples include:

  • Journalling for clarity
  • Stress management
  • Mindfulness for professionals
  • Emotional resilience

These sessions are held in our brand‑new conference suite.


12:30 PM – Guided Mindful Walk

A slow, reflective walk through the grounds, designed to reconnect you with nature and support mental clarity.


1:30 PM – Lunch

A wholesome, full‑board lunch served onsite. Time to relax, connect, and recharge.


2:30 PM – Rest & Personal Time

A dedicated break for:

  • Rest
  • Reading
  • Gym time in our world‑class fitness centre
  • Join a range of sports to play or coach our youth
  • Quiet reflection time
  • Optional 1:1 wellbeing check‑ins

This ensures balance and avoids overwhelm.


 4:00 PM – Sports & Team Activities

Choose from a range of daily sports, all available on our secure, all‑in‑one complex:

  • Badmington
  • Running
  • Yoga
  • Minfdul walkking

 7:30 PM – Dinner

A nourishing evening meal served onsite, giving you time to unwind and connect.


8:30 PM – Evening Meditation & Sound Healing

End your day with:

  • Guided meditation
  • Singing bowl relaxation


Held in the main conference suite, this one‑hour session helps you release the day, settle your mind, and prepare for deep rest.


10:00 PM – Wind‑Down & Quiet Time


Return to your accommodation within the complex for a peaceful night’s rest.
