About Us

I'm Amar, the founder of EduAction, with over 20 years of experience working as an educationalist in children and young people services and as a psychotherapist always in training. With many qualifications in therapeutic approaches and a proven track record of running successful projects and programs with young people from diverse backgrounds and hard to reach groups, I have found that delivering training and volunteering to villages in  India has been a great choice as I work alongside charities who need volunteers. 

At EduAction, our aim is to promote education, health, and social outcomes for young people in underprivileged areas of North India. We believe that education is a fundamental right, and every child deserves access to quality education, healthcare, and social support. Our mission is to create sustainable change in local communities by empowering young people and improving their life chances.

To achieve our goals, we work closely with schools, medical professionals, and other charities to design and implement projects that address the specific needs of the community. We believe in a collaborative approach and work closely with local partners to ensure that our projects are sustainable and have a lasting impact. At EduAction, we provide comprehensive training to all our volunteers to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to make a meaningful contribution to our projects. Our training program covers a wide range of topics, including cultural awareness, effective communication, child safeguarding, and project management.

At EduAction, we are fortunate to have a dedicated team of qualified specialists with extensive experience in education, social care, and charities in the UK. Our team works closely with local partners and community members to design and implement projects that address the specific needs of the community. We are also grateful to have the support of several corporate companies who provide financial support and resources to our projects, enabling us to make a greater impact in the community.
