Spiritual Retreat

A Sanctuary for Mind, Body, and Soul

This retreat is designed as a complete immersion into spiritual discipline, emotional healing, and physical wellbeing. Set within a peaceful, self contained complex, it offers a rare opportunity to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with yourself through ancient practices, sacred routines, and deeply restorative experiences.

Each day begins in the stillness of Amrit Vela, travelling to the Gurdwara for morning Nitnem led by a renowned Gianiji. The rhythm of the day flows through Kundalini‑inspired movement, mindful walks, organic meals, creative expression, and traditional Indian healing therapies. Evenings settle into Rehras Sahib, gong baths, and singing bowl meditation, allowing the mind and body to soften into rest.

Everything you need is within the complex fresh organic food, a gym, massage therapy, creative studios, open sports grounds, and quiet spaces for reflection. You will not need to leave except for Gurdwara practices. This is a place where you can breathe deeply, move gently, learn joyfully, and heal fully.

Across the week, you will experience a balance of structure and freedom: horse‑riding, pottery, kirtan classes, cooking lessons, sports, and guided meditation. Each activity is designed to strengthen your connection to yourself, your spirit, and the world around you.

This retreat is not simply a getaway it is a return to your inner home.
